The goal of our Outside Sales Trainee program is to prepare you for a long-lasting career in our building materials division. What you can expect:
Training: In-depth training on products and sales processes will help to make you an expert throughout this 9-month program. This includes working and traveling with seasoned sales reps as they visit customers and cultivate relationships. You will also meet with vendors to gain an understanding of the products we sell and how they will benefit our customers.
Development: Palmer-Donavin offers a corporate library and leadership classes for continuous growth personally and professionally.

Outside Sales Trainees will work out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH, just 10 minutes from downtown. During this time, you will receive a competitive base salary and are eligible for benefits. Once the program is complete, you will be moved to an uncapped commission pay structure. All Sales Representatives are also provided a company car and a laptop.
Geographic territories to which you could be assigned include, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia.
