    Seal-Rite Door Division is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative. This is a full-time business-to-business sales role as an Account Manager that comes with Uncapped Commission, excellent Benefits, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

    Responsibilities

    The Seal-Rite Door Division of Palmer-Donavin is the nation’s largest Therma-Tru pre-finisher in the country. We service dealers in 15 states from four facilities located in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Minnesota. As an Outside Sales Representative for Seal-Rite, you will be responsible for route planning, call planning, business development, resolving customer service issues, inspecting warranty claims, and meeting all goals.

     

    Other responsibilities of the Account Manager role include:

    • Handling all customer relations
    • Building a strong business-to-business relationship with customers
    • Introducing new products to customers
    • Solving any customer issues as necessary
    • Partnering with the Inside Sales team to provide excellent customer service

    Qualifications

    In the Outside Sales Representative position, you must possess the confidence and communication skills necessary to build and cultivate strong and lasting business relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and enthusiastic business development professional who is eager to be at the top of the game! You must have strong people skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to self-govern and work independently.

     

    Other requirements of the Account Manager role include:

    • 1 – 2 years of Inside and/or Outside Sales experience
    • Building materials industry or related experience, preferred
    • Qualified applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to the sales territory
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
