Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. This role will be part of our Customer Service Department and will report to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. 
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. 
  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating personnel in conjunction with Human Resources and senior management. 
  • Direct employees engaged in sales or performing specific services such as credit returns and warranty claims. 
  • Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. 
  • Assist outside sales reps as requested.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years prior inside sales experience
  • 1-2 years prior customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
