Our Door Division is seeking a Pre Finish Team Lead to join our team. In this position you will report directly to the Pre Finish Supervisor. From the Team Lead position, you can be promoted to a Shift Supervisor and from there an Operations Manager. You may also transfer to another branch to accept one of these roles as well should you apply and be chosen. The team has leadership development tracks that focus on coaching, leading change, delivering feedback, and dealing with conflict.
